The oven cast dome is constructed with up to 90mm thick of heat absorbing, refractory concrete. Rated for extra strength this concrete is reinforced with stainless steel needles.
Marine grade stainless steel (316 SS) is used for the exhaust flue and front fascia on our ovens.
Forno’s unique flue damper allows the oven to be shut down completely, once the fire has been removed, enabling maximum heat retention perfect for slow roasting and baking bread is available as an option.
These functional and aesthetic features are complemented by a granite hearth, which is available in a range of colours.
